PROJECT ENGINEER-CIVIL
1. Planning, scheduling, and budgeting
2. Preparation of estimates BOQs and BOMs and regular auditing of materials at sites
3. Timely delivery of projects as per quality standards within budgeted cost
4. Devise the sequence of al activities to be conducted on site in coordination with Vendors and Labours
5. Responsible for staffing training & development of site staff legal statutory compliances, contract administration construction challenges and conflicts safety regulations, project records and reports,
Preferred: Experienced in Township / Plot development. Residential apartments and villas construction
Eligibility: Above 6 years Location: Puducherry & North Tamil Nadu
Qualification: B. Tech- Civil
Salary: 4,50,000 – 7,00,000 Lakhs per annum.
